I am offering a reproduction of the rare airbox lid from the Astra 200TS or Kadett 200TS, suitable for Astra F conversions with C20LET.
The original lid from the South African 200TS served as a model, which, due to its design, has been particularly interesting for original or OEM-like turbo conversions for years.
Plug and Play for OEM airboxes from 2.0 Astra
The lid is designed as a plug and play solution and fits the lower part of the original airboxes of the 2.0 liter Astra models without any further adjustments.
This allows for a clean and harmonious solution without having to resort to complex custom builds or improvised intake systems.
Reproduction of a rare original
It is believed that only about 500 Astra 200TS and Kadett 200TS were built by Delta Motor Corporation in South Africa for the local market.
Original airbox lids have become correspondingly rare today. If anything appears at all, the parts are often expensive, aged, damaged, or no longer dimensionally stable.
This reproduction is based on the 200TS original and makes this rare solution available again – for everyone who wants to build their Astra F with C20LET conversion technically clean and visually suitable.
Made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic
The airbox lid is made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic.
The material offers high stability, good temperature resistance, and is very well suited for use in the engine compartment.
Scope of delivery
The scope of delivery includes the airbox lid itself and the matching funnel insert including thread for mounting the mass air flow sensor.
