3D-Printed Intake with Large Air Collector – Opel Astra F (without Air Conditioning)

This specially designed intake for the Opel Astra F without air conditioning was engineered in-house and manufactured using 3D printing from carbon fiber reinforced plastic. The significantly enlarged air collector further improves the fresh air supply to the engine – ideal for performance-oriented conversions for road or track use. The intake fits perfectly behind the front panel and guides the air directly and aerodynamically to the air filter box.

Note:

The intake only fits with the front panel without a large fan shroud, as shown in the product image in the shop.
