Custom-fit, 3D-printed wiring harness holders for mounting on the valve cover of the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, and IX. The holders form a half-shell with an inner diameter of 20 mm and provide clean, vibration-resistant routing for lines and wiring harnesses in the engine bay.

Design & Function

• Half-shell design: Wiring harness can be quickly and cleanly inserted.
• Two integrated grooves per holder ensure a secure fit for cable ties and prevent the line from slipping out.
• 20 mm nominal diameter – ideal for typical wiring harnesses and bundles (can be slightly adjusted depending on cable diameter).
• Mounting point: tailored to the fastening holes / receptacles on the valve cover of the Evo 4/5/6/7/8/9.

Material & Manufacturing

• Printed in-house at ABCustoms from heat-resistant nylon (CF) – carbon fiber reinforced for high stiffness and heat resistance in the engine bay.
• High temperature and vibration resistance, good chemical resistance to typical engine bay fluids (short-term contact) – tested in practical applications.
• 3D printing enables precise adaptation to vehicle contours and rapid series production in small quantities.

Installation Notes

• Simply insert the cable bundle into the half-shell – then secure it with a cable tie in the two grooves.
• Use existing screws/holes for mounting on the valve cover; if necessary, use stainless steel screws (small size).
• During installation, ensure sufficient distance from hot components and moving parts (e.g., belts); if necessary, use a heat shield or spacers.
• For very heavy wiring harnesses, we recommend multiple holders or additional fastening points.
