Holder for Canchecked MFD28 – Center-Vent Mount for Evo 7 / 8 / 9

Precisely manufactured holder for the Canchecked MFD28 multi-display – custom-made for the center air vents of the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 7, 8, and 9. Developed and 3D-printed in-house at ABCustoms from carbon fiber-reinforced, heat-resistant plastic for maximum rigidity and dimensional stability on the dashboard.

Fit & Compatibility

• Direct replacement for the center ventilation grille – fits exactly into the original mounting positions.
• Designed specifically for the Canchecked MFD28 (without modification to the device).
• Compatible with Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VII, VIII, and IX (Evo 7 / 8 / 9).

Material & Manufacturing

• Made from carbon fiber-reinforced and heat-resistant plastic – high rigidity, low weight.
• Heat and UV resistant, suitable for use in the cockpit under varying temperatures.
• 3D-printed and quality-checked in-house at ABCustoms – each unit is inspected for accuracy of fit.

Assembly & Use

• Easy plug-and-play: Insert holder, slide display into holder, route cables downwards or sideways.
• No drilling or cutting of the dashboard required – the solution uses the existing clips of the ventilation system.
• Recommended: Secure cables neatly with gaffer tape or cable ties to prevent rattling and strain on connectors.
• If you use an angled USB cable, it can remain attached to the display the entire time. This means you don't always have to remove the display if you want to make a log or read it out.

Note

By installing the holder, the respective center ventilation grille is blocked and the ventilation function at this point is lost. Please note that this will change the air distribution in the interior.
